You could try a warm cloth or towel pressed lightly over the finger you 
are going to test from or soaking your entire palm in warm to hot water 
for a minute or so so that blood will rush up to the tip of the finger 
you will be testing from.

Another thing would be shaking your entire arm viguriously  about 20 to 
30 times in an up and down motion.

These methods have help me to get blood onto the test strip.
