Thanks so much,
My doctor isn't happy where the a one c is, but the heart doctor said 
it would go down when I can relax more and not worry about the heart attack.
I do walk a mile each day except Sunday I will take that off.
I also ride my bike if I can't get out for the walk. Winter is harder 
for me to do that.
A year has gone sense the attack, and I feel so good exercising.
