[Diabetes-talk] Flying with meds

I take my meds in their original bottles when flying, and all of my pump
supplies with me!
You will need to tell security you are wearing an insulin pump, so you get
the "special" pat down service.
The pump manufacturers warn against wearing the pump through the x-ray
machine.

Subject: [Diabetes-talk] Flying with meds

Hello,

I will be flying next month, and I haven't flown since I was ten, so about
25 years ago. Things are obviously different now. My question is what do I
need to do about my meds when flying. Along with my insulin pump and testing
supplies, I have a few pills I take daily. Any advice and suggestions are
welcome, please. Thanks.

Bridgit
