A lady of my acquaintance writes:

 

I would like to know if any ladies on the list do home e-stim to reduce
bowel;/bladder incontenance?  The hand-held machine that stimulates the
internal probe is not, as I understand it, blind-friendly in that there are
onscreen menus.  Medical folks think I won't have a problem, and I'm
wondering if anyone has used home e-stim effectively?
