Hi everyone.  I haven’t really posted much on this list for a while, but I did want to inform people that I went to the doctor today and it looks like I lost 6 pounds and my A1C is down to 6.2, from 6.8 where it was last time it was checked.  This all freaked me out in a good way.  So I guess the thing to do now is to keep it going.
