Hi:

As some of you may remember I started watching my diet etc., a few 
months ago.  My A1C score was borderline type 2 diabetes, I had a 
6.6.  I am pleased to say that I went back to the Doctor yesterday, 
for my 3 month test.  My A1C is down to 6.0 and I have lost 16 
pounds.  This stuff does work.
