Great news Dave. Remember to continue to do what you are doing. We all can
tell you what works for us, but diabetes is individualized. What works for
me may not work for you. The diversity realized in the DAN organizations
around the nation is why I joined this list. Good luck with future A1C
evaluations.

Hi:

As some of you may remember I started watching my diet etc., a few months
ago.  My A1C score was borderline type 2 diabetes, I had a 6.6.  I am
pleased to say that I went back to the Doctor yesterday, for my 3 month
test.  My A1C is down to 6.0 and I have lost 16 pounds.  This stuff does
work.
