Hi Angela,

You can click the following link to go directlyy
to the list subscription page. There, you will
sign-in with your email and password. Then you can
go through the settings. One of the questions
there will be whether you want it in digest form
or not. If I remember correctly, it's a yes or no
choice answer. Then save your settings and that
