Hello everybody,

I have had my prodigy boys meter for quite a while now. A few months ago, we noticed that the buttons were starting to get smashed in. The lady at my doctors office says that this can happen over time. Well I should have taken care of the issue then. But I figured as long as it talked, I didn't care. This morning it no longer works. I put a strip in, and it wouldn't talk. I tried a few different strips. Same issue. I even replace the batteries. Same issue. So I know it is gone!I would like to know if there is a place where I can purchase this meter for a decent price, if possible? I want to pay out of pocket, because there is too much red tape to let my insurance pay for it, for me. It's just not worth all the hassle.
So can anyone please direct me to a great website where I can purchase a new prodigy voice meter? I would greatly appreciate the help, and advice. I need to purchase this as soon as possible. I am actually going to see my doctor this afternoon. My blood sugar has been high, and I know part of it is because I need to eat better. So I want to find out what is going to say. I don't think he is going to be thrilled. Thank you for any help any of you can offer me. I look forward to your responses.
