[Diabetes-talk] Different Diet

for me, it's not so much just about discipline. It's about whether one diet really can fix 10,000 different diseases. I just get a little bit skeptical when I see such fads really take off like this. However, I certainly do believe there are things we can do with our diets to help many conditions. I just don't think I can go whole  hog on this one
