Hi Bridgit,
You should be able to get the bee pollen at your local health food stores.
My daughter tells me that it is best when the pollen is harvested locally.
Otherwise you can probably order it from Swanson Health Products at:
www.swansonvitims.com/
I usually call in my orders, but at the moment I cannot find the phone
number. SMILE!
Spirulina is also known as chlorella which some claim is a better quality
green algae. I have purchased both from Swanson.
Spirulina is also included in a multi-juice product produced by Suja which I
buy at my local CostCo.
Another item I use for my arthritis is red tart cherry juice in liquid and
capsule form. Oops! that's right, this is a diabetic list.
Oh! the phone number for Swanson Health Products is: 1.800.824.4491 Hope
this helps.
Cordially yours,
Grant
