What is ineresting for me
I didn't know I was working on my heart until I felt I could breathe better.
I just knew I was getting short of breath.
I was in the hospital when they took the test to see how the heart was doing.
What we learned is the front part of the heart was working with the
blood going around the branches and not threw them.
I also with the same pill take it at night instead of the morning.
When changing it around, you still can get shot of breath where it
isn't as bad as it was in the morning.
I had a friend tell me this, and each person has to do the same thing
with this pil, taking it at night not morning.
Where on the bottle it says morning.
Yes I am doing lots of soups in the winter with my instant pot.
I love it.
Still have those mashed potatoes though and love them.
I don't eat salads in the winter, they go better for me in the other
times of year.
Love the oat meal for breakfast hot serials.
Things like that.
Fruits we have fruit here all of the time to help out with the helping
for the day.
There are times when I will have a slice of toast with my serial, have
done that for years.
I am sure we will make changes again with some of my medicines when we
do the a one c this next week.
Have to get out of the deep freeze first before I go anywhere.
Many times we don't have snacks in the home except for Christmas.
What is hard for me is going to parties where all of the desserts are.
For the most part I can leave them alone because the sugar is to sweet.
What a blessing for that.
I feel good and I'm listening to the body.
Yes another year is here, and I am taking weight off a little at a
time, glad for that.
I am not over doing it.
