Hi Bridget!

It is so wonderful that your baby is healthy and you and he are almost ready to go home! All of your concentrated blood-sugar levels control has paid off handsomely! I am very proud of you!

Fondly, Joy

Thanks. Baby doing well. Still requires oxygen, but on regular canula now and not Pap mask. Also, in the last couple of days, he no longer needs photo therapy and is now in a regular crib in the NICU, so we can pick him up and hold him whenever we want. He's also off IV fluids, and in fact, his IV was completely removed. Hopefully these improvements continue and we can bring him home sooner rather than later.

Bridgit

Bridgit, You totally rock! Best wishes to you, Daddy and Declan on the birth of the new tiny one.

What a great size for a baby, and he’ll do great! I had one six weeks early nearly 43 years ago, he weighed 4 pounds 14 ounces, and now he’s full-grown and great!

Blessings to you all!

Sandi
