[Diabetes-Talk] re question abotu mainaintag a good a1c level

Hello I would like to know from experience diabetic what is the  average a1c
level for a type  2   diabetic too have that would be good to maintain
overtime. Having had diabetes for 12 years and have had 2 a1 c levels one
was 7.5   that was 36months ago and the last one which was done 2 weeks ago
was 7.4. So I am wondering what would be the optimal target to be at to be
able to achieve for a goal of maintaining a good a1c level fora type
diabetic who is on insulin and on oral medications.
