Gee that is pretty good, remember you want a life as well, not just exercising.
I have a friend who is so over whelmed over exercising, that is all she knows.
I want a life to do other things than just exercise.
I am washing today going up and down stairs, that is enough for me today.
I don't plan to knock myself out over not working on the tread mill.
