[Diabetes-Talk] Animas news

As we have been saying for so long on this list, no one is paying attention
to the needs of blind people. We have to be responsible for making that
happen. Sorry, but I'm just a leetle bit skeptical.

Veronica,

I sent out the same news to the mailing list. Did you not see it yet? I sent
the letter to my diabetic educator, and she told me to just be patient. Our
new pumps should be under warranty for 4 years, and she hopes that they will
honor that warranty for us. She also said that Tandem and Omnipod both are
about to release exciting new advancements in their comps, so we may not be
forced to use the med Tronic. I just hope one of them is thinking about
accessibility issues for those of us who are blind.
