Veronica there is no explanation.i think that someone at either dexcom or
health net has made a billing code error an that may be  it .i was on hold
for a good few hours today before being disconnected by inproffessional
administrator cgoing back and forth and so will be taking care of this
tomorrow morning and getting to the bottom of the mess that I am facing.i
will figure out what is going on so no one else will face a situation like
this one. Giving no issues  or not asking any questions about it for 2 years
and then after my last renewal being denied things don’t make any ssense.

Gary, you still need to be clear on exactly what happened. Do you have an
actual denial letter from Healthnet? If you do, there should be a specific
reason listed. If you are basing your denial on a bill received, then
something just got crossed somewhere and you just make sure it gets
resubmitted. You need to have a conversation with your insurance company
before anything else happens. This is something you need to do yourself.
Nobody can go to bat for you till you do.

Yes no questions asked it was  being paid for 2 years with my last renewal
to dexcom something has been screwed up in the billing process that  I have
a ffeelign it was denied.i will be following up with my insurance and my
endo to se what I can do.
