Good morning Dar!
It’s been a long time since we’ve spoken. Here’s hoping, first of all, that you’ve had a wonderful and Blessed Christmas, in spite of your difficulties here. Firstly, I can’t say for the Free-style Liver. But, if they are as reputable as is said, they should have a 24-7 ttech support line as does Dexcom. If you lose a sensor no matter what time of day or night, with Dexcom,, all you have to do is call their 800 number and by the end of your phone conversation, areplacement equipment, no matter what it is, is ordered for you and by the time you get off your phone and check your email, you already have tracking information. This Free-style outfit should have the very same thing. See if you can find out whether or not they have an 800 number and give them a call.
Another thing, ask if they have any kind of ‘Overlays or security taping one can use to strengthen the adhesive on your sensor. Again, Dexcom has what they call “overlays” one can stick onto your sensor before you tape it on to hold the adhesive more tightly. I had the same issue with my dexcom and when I called them, I had a package in the mail in three days with my new overlays. Record time, I thought!!! I’ve had nothing but the best regards for Dexcom’s tech support. They replaced a deffective sensor for me and gave. Me no trouble at all. They[‘’ve been absolutely phantabulous!!! Hopefully, this outfit can do the same for you? Call and keep us posted. Lots of people are depending on this. Thanks Dar.
Bern.
