[Diabetes-Talk] Not working

Ok folks,
I got a message on my watch that said I could start using the new cencer.
Good, I try to scan and it says nothing.
I know that the dot on the cencer is able to be seen the gentleman 
yesterday said it was.
Even with the tape holding down the cencer.
I am trying to find the settings on the app to make sure it is talking.
Give me more tips please.
I so want this to work.
It just says to place it on the arm.
It is on my tummy.
Where I would like to keep it.
I even pulled down the clothes to see if that was the problem and no it isn't.
