You might want to find someone who knows how to do all this, perhaps here on
the list. It sounds like you're not quite sure either, and it concerns me
you have no med staff or anyone who understands Libre. That's probably a
downside to using a product new to the states, unfortunately.

No she has no clue how to work this, she is learning from me.
It is better to keep striving as we have been doing to get out all of the
quorks then it will work as it is doing now.
