[Diabetes-Talk] Freestyle Libre

hello,
Well I got my Freestyle libra today. I am a little leary of the sensor because of how much it sticks up from the skin. I am afraid I am going to pull it off when I put or take off my shirt. With the sensors I got I have to wait 12 hours before it is ready for use. I thought it was only an hour but that might just be with the new 14 day sensors.

So I do love what the dexcom g series does for me as far as it keeps me in control and keeps me informed of what I am doing as far as my food choices, exercise choices and the rest.

> It also has alerts that wake me up when it's going down to low and buzzes me if it's going to high. That's the biggest vantage for me --the alerts and spot on glucose readings.
