Yes, I used the same tips for both my Lantis and Novolog when using them.

 That's one I haven't heard myself. I use both Lantis and Victoza, and both
pens take the same needle. I've never been on any of the fast acting type of
insulin, but I'd imagine if the pen is similar, that the same type of needle
could be used.
