[Diabetes-Talk] Questions regarding blood sugar and diet

The only time I have found my blood sugar is really high in the morning is when I eat a snack or food after midnight.
Do you eat any condiments with the food you are eating, such as salad dressing or barbecue sauce? If so that might cause it to be higher to.
What about exercising? I find when I exercise my blood sugar is much better controlled.
Just a few thoughts.
