[Diabetes-Talk] Questions regarding blood sugar and diet

I am my own worst enemy when it comes to eating. Maybe you are the same. My dietician wants me to aim for 30 car said 3meals plus a snack mid afternoon.. I do read labels and bonus accordingly.. because of the low vision and mobility problems, my son does most of the cooking. He doesn’t quite understand my needs but is trying. I do get better results when I eat more correctly. Diana Cook
