Good for you,
When I started as a diabetic I thought for sure I wasn't going to get
anything rite.
Now I just eat knowing what I eat is going to be ok.
Except today I am going to olive garden Dar Dars sketti house.
I will have soup sketti and a very small dessert.
This evening will be a smaller meal, then all will work out just fine.
Have to have a bread stick.
Celebrating alentines day a day early.
Snow is coming and cold is colder.
That is how I enjoy going out to dinner, and then adjusting after I get
ready for the next meal.
