Also refined-grain cereals, and most of them are just loaded with sugar. Some people can do rolled oats (oatmeal—not instant packets), or steel-cut oats (even less processed than the rolled oats), but some people have trouble with those, too. I steer clear of cereals for the most part.

Just keep in mind that potatoes are incredibly high in carbs as are crackers and bread. Carbs in foods like this will create higher glucose levels. I've been doing gluten-free for a while and notice a big difference in my blood sugars between products with gluten and those without. As Sandy mentioned, the less you eat of foods like these, the less you will crave them, and the better off your glucose levels will be. Do what works best for you, but just be aware that foods like bread, processed snacks like crackers and potatoes are high in carbs.

I just got a air fryer.
Where the grease will go to the bottom of the pan while cooking.
A baked potato turns out well in this pot.
Cooking it for 30 minutes.
Just as though you did it in the oven.
Put holes in it and a small bit of butter, or what you use on it, wonderful stuff.
Also I get the tuna packet a packet for each person, adding either miracle whip or mayonnaise. Just enough to get it moist.
Eat a sandwich or eat with crackers.
I hope this helps.
This is for lunch.
Then I eat a meal for dinner.
