do agree with Bridget I have been on insulin for 18 months now and 
long-term and short-term and my A1C Zara blue seven couple of the ones that 
I had in the past 6 months they've been between 6.7 and 7.0 as far as my 
A1C goes I do agree having an insolent regiment does impact and help 
glucose levels with with type cheese I am a type 2 I'm on Zen pick NovoLog 
and tresiba does of the three insulin that I'm on and they do their job as 
they're supposed to so I do agree starting an insulin regimen even if your 
type 2 is worth it. In the long run. If not then you'll have issues down
