That’s what I told them this morning.  i am basically done with the provider
as soon as I can change in a few months I will be ditching the provider and
seeing what other covered California providers  that I can find that won't
give me this crap when it comes to diabetes stuff.

Exactly, this is absurd. Sick of the entities controlling healthcare
thinking they know best; and it's thinking is led by money. This means
Dexcom is working. So, so should those of us on insulin stop taking it
because our BGs are in target ranges? Geesh...

get good control, they won't cover it. Boy, talk about not understanding how

Hello since my a1c numbers have been low lately my insurance provider does
not want to cover the dexcom cgm system.so I am again out on my own.i have
just decided to get dexcom g5 units off the bay and I have an expert
engineer who can hack them and replace the batteries and get more long
lasting use out of them.  Now off to grab g5 sennsors  from where ever  I
can find them whether that be  the bay or  amazon so if anyone has old g5
transmitters that they have around. That way I can    give them new life.
Just email me off the group and I can then take them off your hands .it's
easy for my techy engineer to do as he has the tools to get this done.
