I would suggest you call Dexcom at 877-339-2664 and talk to someone in their
insurance group. They are really good at figuring out whether or not you're
covered. Hope this helps.

Subject: [Diabetes-Talk] Dexcom not a covered benefit under Medicaid?

Hi all,

Was trying to get a Dexcom system, and was originally told that I
could not get the G6, but could get the G5.

Now I'm being told that they are not a covered benefit under Medicaid...?

Can anyone shine some light on this?

My medicaid is through Amerigroup if that means anything to anyone. lol

Thanks for any help.
