Dar,

By diabetic doctor, they mean an endocrinologist, a doctor who specializes
in endocrine concerns, which diabetes is. If you don't already see an endo,
you really should. It surprises me when diabetics don't see a specialist for
their diabetes. If you have cancer or heart disease, you don't see a GP
alone, you see a specialist. We should have the same mindset about seeing a
specialist for our diabetes.

I started speaking with one of the ladies who works with humana.
She says humana pays 80 to 20 my co payment.
Ok she didn't know how to figure it out.
We tried on our own, learning we would pay $60.
I called the nurse who shared I needed to speak to the diabetic coordinator.
I did who said I need to speak to a diabetic doctor.
Ok fine, where my doctor will not be in office in the month of March.
He is a diabetic, guess that isn't the same thing.
Now I wait to see who comes back to me.
Just some thoughts.
