Hi everyone.
Well, looks like Dexcom's at it again. I called yet again to pester them
about refunding me my $260 for the transmitter I didn't want in the first
place. After an hour and forty minutes on the phone, they claimed they're
processing the refund. Today they said that the first person was right. Once
they had my transmitter I should have had my refund within 5 to 7 days. Back
then, after several different answers, the last one being oh no, it takes
six to 8 weeks, I chased down the Visa rules and regulations and called
again. Today's person said, I'll send your refund today and I updated my
credit card information with her. This makes me feel as though if I hadn't
called, nobody would have done anything. My point here is don't believe
nonsense you get from customer service. I made today's person give me her
direct line so I wouldn't have to go through six people again. So now we'll
see if I get my refund in a few days. I sure don't know what's happened to
this company right now. Until last June, they were so easy and on top of
things. So if something doesn't seem right to you, ask for a manager and
just don't let them get away with lying or guessing or whatever it is
they're doing. Sheesh!
