[Diabetes-Talk] FB group

Bridigit and all,
Having the choices is becoming more important than ever when you think about things like needing to spread the word that even though Dexcom's Medicare policy says you have to use the receiver, and you have to say you will use it, they aren't enforcing this. I don't know how much Dexcom is publicizing this, well, I kind of do, but we need to have a way to get the word out. Everywhere. As long as people get help and information, however that happens, it's great.
Thanks, Bridgit, for taking this on.
Veronica

"Guide Dogs, First Hand", Veronica Elsea's classic album is now available on iTunes, along with other music from her and from the Guide Dog Glee Club.

Thank you, Amber. And one final time. I don't care who only uses the email list. I'm just letting people know we also have a FB group. Use it or don't; I'm just saying it exist.

If you exclude Facebook groups, you are cutting off your nose to spite your face, or however that phrase goes. Like it or not, people aren’t using email as much, and using Facebook and other social media more. The platform is more flexible and in these groups you can do a lot more things.

My objection is that Nfb continually makes the stupid changes that get here and make it sometimes difficult for people using voiceover or other computer software to use their application successfully. Nfb doesn’t seem to do anything about this, and I refuse to be a part of a little bit going to do stuff like this to us. The other important thing is that we’re going to be susceptible to outside interests and sponsor is intruding on as an outside people who will think they know better for us blind by bedbugs. This is our specific by and diabetes list and if it was up to me I would for bid at Facebook blind diabetes list.
