I actually just called technical support for the freestyle. I wanted to make sure I could start a new sensor on my phone. He told me how to do it, and asked what happened to the old one. I told him what I did, and I was like I was just dumb and wasn’t paying any attention. They are sending me a free sensor anyway. I thought that was really nice of them, even though I only had 19 hours left on my sensor.
