It's a pen, not a pin, grin. And do you mean Novolog? Or is there insulin called Novolin now? I haven't used a pen in years, so not as up to date on the various types out there. Us pump users tend to use Novolog or Humalog.

Ah just braking the siriousness of the list, a smile helps us all.
While I am here though,
I wanted to share I did start the insulin pin.
It is the novolin.
I think that is how to spell it.
The first lady who was working with me scared me so badly to even try the pin, I cried.
Yesterday the lady I am working with now, showed me how to count back to zero if I miss count on turns of the pin to get to 20 units.
I now feel so much better about using it.
She also shared that it is ok to take the shot before I eat, not wait the half hour before.
Especially when I do cooking I can count the half hour.
After that I get nauseous.
She shared that was because my sugars are dropping.
