Hi everyone.
Okay, another day another couple of hours on the phone. Three supervisors up
and I did confirm that the tech support guy I spoke with last week was
wrong. They will still replace sensors that come off early, even if for
something like an MRI. 
And after spending time sorting out another incorrect invoice, I found out
that their accounting is going overseas. I hope that's not true with tech
support. Sheesh! 
Anyway, I think I just placed another order. Good grief!
