I found a way--use Excel and label your column headings and in cell A 
put the dat followed in the next cell with the time and in the third 
cell put your reading.

Print before going to see your doctor and this would help the doctor 
see how you are doing between visits. An A1C test only covers about 
90-days and if you don't see the doctor every three months this would 
be helpful for managing your diabetes.
