Hi,
I used to use a large print BG booklet to write in with a pen. I will try
to remember where I received them from over the weekend and get back to you.
Warmly, Joy

My insurance company requires a log essentially every 30 days, so I use an
excel spread sheet. I send mine to my provider every month.

I found a way--use Excel and label your column headings and in cell A put
the dat followed in the next cell with the time and in the third cell put
your reading.
Print before going to see your doctor and this would help the doctor see how
you are doing between visits. An A1C test only covers about 90-days and if
you don't see the doctor every three months this would be helpful for
managing your diabetes.
