I don't personally know that, but hopefully Ed will chime in. It will also vary depending on healthcare and the state you live in.

Likely nurse educators at endocrine offices will be able to train people on these pens. They are just like traditional pens except you deliver doseages digitally via the app, if I understand correctly. If not a nurse educator, there will be trainers from the company itself. But again, based on how it sounds, it's not so much the pen itself you need training on but the app and adjusting to a digital delivery instead of manual.
