Yes, I have thought about doing chair exercises. I agree with you, that 
this might be a good way to get started. Then maybe I can do other 
things, after a while.

We actually have 6 stairs outside of our apartment. They are all the 
same height. They are slightly steep. There is a rail though. I have 
thought about going up and down them, a few sets at a time, at least a 
couple of times a day.

However, I think I definitely need to work up to this.
