You can also place an apple slice or a lemon or a lime slice in water which
will give it some flavor. Some people I know also use orange slices.

If you like soda, I'd recomend Zevia. They make some good flavors but
have no calories and are made with stevia. I know every Diabetic is
different, but stevia or the powdered form is Truvia doesn't spike my
sugar. There are lots of herbal teas out there that have good flavors
that aren't bitter. As for water, if you like cinnamon, you can steep
cinnamon sticks in your water. That's something I really like.
Something else I've done is used flavored green tea and made it into
ice cubes. As the ice melts in the water, it gives the water whatever
that flavor is. My favorite so far has been doing this with mint green
tea. I personally stay away from artificial sweeteners, because I
don't want those chemicals in my body. Hope this helps.
