Hi,

Have you tried the following:

1. put the hand that you are planning to draw blood for a glucose test under warm water for a while;

2. shake your full arm vigorously  in an up and down motion about 10 to 20 times to pump blood to your arm and fingers;

3. once you have precked your finger with the lancet keep squeezing and rubbing your finger from the base going toward the spot where you pricked;

4. try pricking toward the tip of your finger and change the spot and finger so that you are not using the same finger and spot to test your blood.

HTH

I wish I could get these CGM's, but I only check sugars once a day or so, and I am not on insolin, I am frustrated because it is hard for me to get the blood on my strip, and everytime I do try to check it,k it says not enough blood.
I am using a prodigy voice.

But you really need both apps to make full use of the Dexcom. I think the implication was that tech support could walk her through setting up either app.

Dexcom Clarity is not the same thing as the Dexcom app the actual user gets daily readings from. Clarity sends weekly reports to show BG trends.
