Dianna, by false alarms, do you mean that they didn't match your meter? That definitely shouldn't be happening. What a bummer! Do the actual readings ever seem to match when it's not an alarm? With the G6, if it's way off, you could possibly need to calibrate once and then it should sort itself out. Having said all of that, I did get one batch of bad sensors. They never did calibrate and Dexcom did replace them. So first, feel free to vent here any ol' time. Second, if you want to share any details that might give the rest of us any hints as to what you can do or say to Dexcom, we're here.

It is sad how technically challenged I am! I finally gave up trying to get results from  dexcom I   turned alarms off..it was giving false alarms both high and low. I am feeling very insecure, especially at night. Thanks for letting me vent! Diana cook
