[Diabetes-Talk] dex com charging

Diana,
What do you mean operate Clarity? Clarity isn't necessary to use Dexcom. Clarity can send a weekly report with trends, but it's not what you use for daily Dexcom use. For daily use, it's just the Dexcom app, G5 or G6 depending on which system you have.
Have you contacted Dexcom tech support about all this? I have found tech support to be really great. Like Veronica said, you shouldn't have simultaneous alarms with varying results. Definitely contact tech support if you haven't already.

I still do 4 or more fingersticks per day until I can operate clarity. They are fairly close to dexcom reading most of the time. I have even taken pictures of the alarm readings but don’t know where to send them. I am deaf right now (praying it’s temporary) so could only use email. Thanks, Diana

With the G6, if it's way off, you could possibly need to calibrate once and then it should sort itself out. Having said all of that, I did get one batch of bad sensors. They never did calibrate and Dexcom did replace them. So first, feel free to vent here any ol' time. Second, if you want to share any details that might give the rest of us any hints as to what you can do or say to Dexcom, we're here.
