[Diabetes-Talk] Questions regarding the App, My Fitness Pal

Hello Bridgit,

Thank you for offering me some help with the App. I appreciate what you
had to share. I'm still attempting to figure it out. I can use it a
little bit. But I think over time if I keep messing with it, I'll figure
it out.

Was it you who said carbs count more than callories, these days?

It gets so confusing as to what matters and what doesn't. And what might
be good for you, and what isn't. Sometimes I get really overwhelmed by
it all.

If I just watch the carbs, and not so much the callories, can I still
manage to lose weight?

Well I will run for now. Thank you again for telling me what you know,
about the App.

Terri
