That's new Gary. I know the Abbott Company specifically said it was only
approved for the back of the arm. Would love to see the info you found.

No, you can place it  where  ever you are confortable.that  is one place
that I have seen people put it as  well as other parts of the body.its
recommended behind the arm but  that is not where most put it .it just
depends on where  you r confortable with it.i will find a youtube video on
that .as I recall there  are different parts of the boddy that the libre
sennssor works like the dexcom senssors.

Do you still have to wear the Libre sensor on the back of the arm? I don't
think I would like that.

issues as well and  then for my renewal year being denied by my insurance
provider and the crazy co pays of $350 every so often,  that     co pay out
of pocket  is what caused me ot look for alternatives .  As I decided to
take   a look at the   freestyle libre system.  All the senssors last 14
days and they are well designed and do the job .  now when the second gen
comes out with thealarms and alerts I wil lbea very happy camper.
