Hello Jeanette,
First of all, thank you for the words of encouragement. I really do
appreciate it. It means a lot to me, and makes me happy.
I really have been working hard to make those changes. It's been
difficult. But I really feel I have supportive friends, and great
doctors. So this really makes a huge difference for me. I'm pleased as
to how things are going.
I agree with what you said. I think slow and steady is better. As much
as I do desire to be off of the insulin, I don't think I want a pill at
meal-time. I think for now I would rather stick with the insulin. I plan
to mention this when I go back for my follow-up appointment.
I mean, why mess with something that's working? If I need less over
time, then great.
Thank you again for your kind words. I will keep you all posted on how
it's going.
Terri
