Hello all, this is Hope Hein, what should I eat to help lower my blood sugar? I am gluten-free as I have allergies to foods with gluten. I am frustrated because my blood sugar is keeps going up high and I feel like I’m eating well but obviously I’m not question thank you for all of your assistance I really appreciate this list.
