Understand processed meats lunch meat chicken tenders sausage and hot
dogs probably are sugar perpetrators as well. Since I'm living in a
retirement facility I live on a controled diet both portion and content
controled. We get processed foods turkey dogs, turkey bacon sausage and
chicken tenders infrequently in each menu rotation.

Ask about learning to do sitting exercises for starters, as there are lots of options out there. Also, ask if there is someone who knows about gluten free diets.
