Hi, Terri. You can try https://www.diabetesselfmanagement.com/. There's
some good recipes there and some interesting articles.
The other resource is a cooking list, ran by the ACB. I'm posting it
here because it's a well run list that has been of great help to me over
the years. And also because I don't think the NFB has a list
specifically for cooking or cooking-related issues. The Cooking in the
dark list covers anything from recipes and cooking techniques to gadget
access tips. The subject of using stoves with no burners comes up quite
a bit.
