[Diabetes-Talk] Dexcom

I would like to have the dexcom but my insurance will not bother to cover it and refuses to do and has just given me the abbot freestyle libre for the time being, that’s better then not having a cgm at all .when the cost of dexcom is as close to abbot then my insurance provider will cover it.its all about cost and not about benefit to the user of the diabetic supplies but what the insurance is considering as cost savings over health savings.

Hi all,
I was just prescribed Dexcom by my physician and find that it is easier to use with my Iphone then was Libre. It is also easier to put on the sensor.

Hope Hein
